For senior women making high-stakes decisions

Make Bigger Decisions Faster — And Know You Made The Right Call Without Waiting To See How It Turns Out.

For the decisions that sit on your desk for weeks, follow you home after they're made, or suddenly feel very different now that the job is bigger.

Tanner Campbell helps senior women make the calls that matter with more certainty — so they can decide, trust why they decided, and stop carrying the decision long after it is done.

If you're here at the right time

One of these probably feels very familiar.

You're already good at making decisions. It's the few that won't settle that become the problem.

01

The decision is still sitting on your desk.

You have the information. You've asked the people you trust. Everyone is waiting. And you still haven't made the call.

02

You made it. You just haven't stopped making it.

It was announced and actioned weeks ago. Everyone else moved on. You're still replaying it at 11pm.

03

The job got bigger. So did the decisions.

The calls carry more weight now. There are fewer people above you to check yourself against. And you're expected to look certain.

The goal isn't to think about the decision more. It's to know when you've thought about it enough.

Why some decisions never quite settle

You may be using the outcome to decide whether the decision was good.

A decision works out and we tell ourselves we chose well.

It goes badly and we immediately start looking backwards for what we should have done differently.

But the outcome contains things you could never know or control when you actually had to make the call.

A bad outcome doesn't automatically mean you made a bad decision.

And a good outcome doesn't always mean the decision was good either.

The real shift is being able to judge the quality of the call before you know how the story ends.

What this changes

Imagine being able to make the call — and actually be done with it.

Not because you know exactly what will happen next. Because you know you made the best decision you could make with what was actually yours to know and control.

Make the decision faster.

Stop reopening the same call three times when you already have enough to decide.

Trust the call once it's made.

Stop waiting weeks or months for the outcome to tell you whether you were right.

Stand behind it under pressure.

Know why you chose what you chose, even when someone challenges the decision later.

Leave it at work.

Stop replaying calls everyone else moved on from days ago.

A different kind of help

Tanner isn't another executive coach.

Most support around senior leaders happens after the decision: how to communicate it, execute it, manage the people around it, or deal with how it feels.

Tanner's work focuses on the decision itself.

Coach

Helps you explore your thinking and arrive at your own answer.

Mentor

Gives you perspective from decisions they've made before.

Consultant

Helps solve the specific business problem in front of you.

Tanner's work

Helps you become better at knowing when the decision itself is sound.

The result isn't dependence on Tanner. It's being able to make the calls that matter with more certainty on your own.

The result

Bigger decisions should not have to mean more second-guessing.

From days of thinking to making the call.

Get to the point where more thinking is no longer improving the decision.

From “I hope that was right” to knowing why it was.

Be clear on the reasoning behind the choice before the result arrives.

From replaying it at night to moving on.

Stop mentally reopening decisions you've already made.

From bigger role, bigger doubt to bigger role, better judgement.

Make increasingly important decisions without needing increasingly more reassurance.

Common questions

A few things worth knowing.

I'm already a good decision-maker. Why would I need this?
That's largely who this is designed for. The problem isn't that you cannot make decisions. It is that the decisions have become bigger, harder to check against anything, or harder to leave behind after they're made.
Is this executive coaching?
No. Tanner's work focuses on improving how you know whether a difficult decision is sound, rather than simply helping you talk through how you feel about it.
Will Tanner tell me what decision to make?
The goal is not to make you dependent on Tanner. The goal is for you to become better at making difficult calls yourself — including decisions Tanner will never see.
What if the outcome is still bad?
A sound decision cannot guarantee an outcome you do not control. The point is to be able to know whether you made the call well using what was actually available when you had to choose.
Do I need to know anything about Stoicism or philosophy?
No. This is not a philosophy course. Tanner's philosophical background informs the work, but the focus is the real decisions you are facing.

Start with the decision

There's probably already one you're thinking about.

Maybe you haven't made it yet. Maybe you made it weeks ago and still haven't put it down. Take 60 seconds and see whether Tanner's work fits.
